Slumlords management is what they should be called. It's no paradise when you can't get management or maintenance to fix problems in these apartments. A friend of mine has water damage which they failed to address. They wet carpet have been left in the apartment for four days. These people don't care that the smell/odor causes breathing problems for her. Which is where the lawyers come in. Paradise management/slumlords don't care about the residence there, their only concern is the rent money. This is breach of contract. Don't consider this place.
