WARNING: do not trust any of he staff. The apartment price was advertised as $1050 on multiple websites. At this price I felt this complex was reasonably priced for what was included and given the area. Upon scheduling an appointment the sales personnel stated that the listed price of $1050 was an error and that the actual price was $1150. The employee also stated that this price was for the outdated model and not the models that were shown on the many websites I had found. Once in the office we were shown pictures of a gorgeous kitchen and a fully updated bathroom as well which all matched the pictures we had seen online listed for $1050. When asking about the updated model we were told that the cost of the updated model would be $1365. When we viewed the "updated" model it did not match the pictures at all and was quite different... 1990's esque. Although the model we were shown was not as updated as the pictures due to time constraints and my wife's stubbornness we settled for the 1990's esque model. The electric bill is quite high due to the provider village square utilizes and when dealing with any issues with the electric bill village square offers NO assistance regarding disputes. As of the date of this post the price for our current model is rising to $1435 for the same lack-luster living space. The area is convenient if you want to be surrounded by shopping locations but it's quite hectic and traffic is horrendous. i95 is close by but getting on and off is usually quite daunting regardless of time of day and traffic seems to always be heavy. For the price you pay and the return on investment this place is really extremely overpriced. New management is currently tearing up foliage and seemingly doing random 'improvements' that every other resident I have spoken to is quite displeased with. Parking at this complex is absolutely horrible if you come home after 8pm and before 7am. Other residents all seem to be quite friendly and respectful. Y0U HAVE BEEN WARNED... there are many other rentals out there that offer much more for your dollar. MANY cheaper and more private apartments in this area and the surrounding area that offers much more then village square. DO YOUR HOMEWORK and you will be glad you didn't rent here. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, DON'T LET THEM PREY ON YOU!
