Village Square apartments in Bensalem, PA are absolutely horrible!!! My living experience in the two years I have been here has been nothing but a headache. Maintenance people are unskilled and take forever to even begin to address an issue, the office staff are incompetent and rude, the salespeople are blatant liars and cheats, the schools are rated horribly and have gotten worse each year, the complex seems to have a mass influx of ------ and uneducated filth moving in within the past 6 months and the list goes on. Avoid Village Square and look elsewhere, you won't regret it! Parking is horrible if you have a day job for when you come home you will not find parking, the pool has some very loud and obnoxious ------ types that seem to live there all day long, I guess they don't have jobs? The dog park is absolutely disgusting and the water doesn't even work! Try taking your dog to the dog park on a 95 degree day, the stench alone is enough to choke you and the water hookup they have has been broken for months now. I see other reviews and they have positive things to say but yet Village Square in Bensalem, PA is a complete scam! The rent prices posted on these websites is nowhere near how much the actual rent is. Any positive reviews I'm sure are not actual reviews from tenants but rather paid for from public relations companies. Considering this factoid you should really understand how low these people really are. Village Square has to pay a company to post positive reviews because the residents really have nothing at all good to say about this place; pretty pathetic! If you don't trust this review see for yourself, ask many questions and scrutinize everything you see and hear. These people really are lowlife and will do anything to trick you into signing a lease here.
