Great location, the staff is friendly, only downside is the noise from the surrounding businesses. The parking lot has had giant potholes for a year now, so hopefully that will be fixed soon, overall good staff here.

It's a nice community, it's an easy commute to work for me. It is getting a little expensive for the size though. All in a all, it's a decent place to live. The staff both office and maintenance are very nice and helpful.
