Verified Resident ā¢ 2016 - 2017
I moved into this complex in August of 2016, and have mixed emotions. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and at the time I was very pleased with my apartment and the service. However, over the months, I am experiencing many things that are less than ideal. I have had many maintenance issues that have not been addressed/taken care of properly, extra costs that I was not aware of prior to moving in (having a guest at the pool), and extremely high electricity bills due to malfunctioning heating equipment. There is also very little weekend help for things like maintenance and assistance if you are locked out of your place. Management gave me the wrong keys at move in, and when I locked the door, I got locked out, and had to pay a locksmith $200 to get let back in because it was a weekend and no one was in the office to help me out. Overall, I like the community and enjoy my apartment, but wish there was more care taken when issues arise.
