The one positive thing I can say about this place is the maintenance people are good and the work gets done pretty fast. This place nickel and dimes you for everything though. It seems like every year they add more and more fees for something else it's ridiculous. Unless you pay an extra $250/month for an upgraded unit you get stuck with the old AC and heater unit which costs you $300 and up for heat in the winter even when you're not home. The windowss and doors are super drafty so basically all that heat is going out unless you ------ up your windows with plastic and put towels under your door and that only helps a little. They get kickbacks for everything, your electric which you pay for the office usage too it's get added in to everyone's bill, cable, water, trash oh the trash fees..used to be free then it went to $10/month and now they added a new service called Valet Living for an extra $25/month so you are paying $35/month for trash removal plus they get kickbacks on recycling and I know another apt complex who does not charge their tenants for valet living like this place rips you off for, even their workers couldn't believe what they charge us here for that. This is my last year at this place after all the years of being ripped off and nickel and dimed for everything. This place has had soooo many robberies too in the apartments and care. Parking sucks. Lastly, the front office puts on a nice fake front but they don't believe people when they tell them something even with multiple witnesses..I've been told by many neighbors about the nonsense they have dealt with at the front office including one combative person who works there and lives here and grills people about situations they have to go to them about, who needs that nonsense?! I've had them look at me like I was lying about a situation I would have no reason to lie about. I don't have time to play childish games with adults. Oh and they offer housing assistance so you could have a neighbor who only pays $200/month to live here while you are paying top dollar on top of a ton of extra fees. Forget this place. Next!

    The central heating and AC unit ends up causing your electric bill to be sky high $250-350 per month in the winter for first floor and summer for the second floor. If you want an upgraded heating/AC unit they make you move to an upgraded apartment and pay an additional $250 per month so you are not really saving any money in the long run. There is no loyalty for long time residents as their key focus is to get out the old residents so they can move in new residents and charge way more per month. They care more about the outside appearances of the apartments to make it visually appealing to draw in new tenants. The maintenance staff always answers your questions if you are there and are pretty fast to complete any service requests. Also there have been many burglaries on both sides of the complex even for people with security alarms in their apartment for a fact so that is something to be considered. The parking situation used to suck until they implemented that everyone has to have a car tag to hang in their cars if they are on the lease and each person gets on tag and visitors must park on the streets, that seemed to open up a lot of spots. However they do have one resident who gets to keep a prime parking spot that is not handicap. Many, many residents have complained and the office staff does nothing about making the resident give up the spots they take while everyone has to find a random spot each time. Completely unfair but the office doesn't care so no point continuing to complain for years on end and it doesn't matter how many people complain about it. If you want to scam just get a motorcycle like they did and you can have reserved parking unlike the rest of us.
