So far, it hasn't been a terrible experience. The walls are thin so I can literally hear my upstairs neighbor snore at night, but overall it has been a pleasant experience. It's easily accessible to everything and there is little to no crime.

The community is great. It's quiet and close to everything (I.e. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, highway), but far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle. The amenities are great and they are always having gatherings, which gives you an opportunity to meet your neighbors.
