So far so good! Have not had any issues. The one thing i will say is you are raising the rent every year! This is going to hurt the good people that want to live here. I have been here 3 years and never missed a rent payment or was ever late. Next year coming i am going to be looking to move because the rent is going to basically raise me out of apt i am living in. Which i do believe you should address this issue with mgmt and come up with cap on how high you should raise someones rent! Especially those you pay on time with no issues.
