I've been here for years. I keep to myself. I've dealt with bad neighbors. I've dealt with continuous problems with dog owners not picking up after their dog's leavings. The Texas Roadhouse near the apartment, repeatedly has customers parking in a very limited amount of parking spots. Nobody enforces it. Whilst my brother visiting from another state has his car towed! Just saying. Rules and regulations are not enforced on a regular basis. And I'll probably receive an email apologizing for all they don't do. But they keep increasing rent, and adding services that you'll need to pay for, such as valet trash, or "Security" company. Nobody really uses these services. But not only do you need to pay for trash removal, but now you need to pay twice!

Great apartment, just wish it was non-smoking! Great service staff. Good amenities, but they aren't always available to the people who work all day and pay for them. In the summer I wish the pool was available after I have worked my normal 12hour day.
