Verified Resident ā¢ 2015 - 2017
Nice location to live in Bensalem area, but the apartments are very old. There are upraded apartments, but it doesn't matter what the interior looks like when the heating/AC don't function appropriately. I'd suggest not living in a second floor apartment because the roof and the attic absorb so much heat in the summer due to poor ventilation and the AC will continuously be running increasing energy costs. In the winter, the heat takes a long time to heat the apartment due to poor insulation, especially on upstairs corner units. Personally prefer second floor apartments, but in older buildings I'd research before signing final documentation paperwork. There has been multiple owners of the complex originally Korman property. Paradise owned when I signed on to my original lease in 2015, and Berger has taken over. I think Berger needs to recognize the need for more staff because recently it has taken multiple calls to reach maintenance or property staff in a timely fashion. So for the Bensalem area, in conclusion, I'd give Village Square about a 3/5 rating. Other areas in Bensalem I'd give 1/5 or 2/5. This property amongst others is a little bit better even though your quality of living could be much better in a newer built community.
