People are friendly, maintenance is great, any isssues are fixed timely and staff is very courteous. We are close to a lot of convenient places to shop and parks for recreation and school is close by.

I only have one complaint. It would be so nice if complex would supply outside benches for people in court yards to sit and enjoy and meet other tenants. Otherwise my living here has been an enjoyable experience.

Nice quiet community, friendly people, staff polite and considerate, easy and close access to shopping and restaurants. Still find an issue with dogs popping and people not cleaning up, otherwise good.
