Landscaping is always kept up. Has a company monitor apt. comples in the evening for safety. Would highly recommend Berger to rent. Have been here over 30 years and have been satisfied.

Work was done professionally always show up for the appointment. Does a thorough job Cleans up after work was completed. Wears protective gear for shoes so won't dirty rugs. Grounds are kept up to date Apartments are also kept up to date. Lighting for the area is also kept up. Trash is picked up at your apartment door as well as recycling. Berger works with a se urity system for our protection. Landscaping is kept up and looks very nice .Cortney maintenance manager is courteous and helpful.

Excellent service. Always makes sure they clean up. Always comes in the apartment with a their shoes so your rugs are kept clean. Pleasant place to live. Office personnel and maintenance management are always ready to help.

I have been 4 over 30 years Berger is very professional and handles maintenance in a quick response. Would highly recommend someone 2 rent here. Lorie who handles the maintenance requests is courteous and professional.
