Verified Resident ā¢ 2016 - 2019
Living conditions are quiet and comfortable. Maintenance is accommodating and management has never given me any issues.
The downside is the astronomical electricity bill. Ranging from $200-400, easily. We are a household that religiously unplugs decices when not in use, too. My old apartment with one less bedroom and more square footage cost $90 to heat in the dead of winter with the same practices in place. Some residents I've met have shocked me with numbers nearing $700 for their electicity bills. Unreal. The operation seems sketchy because it's run through a "no name" called EMS3, with no option of switching to a more reputable affiliate like PECO. I've tried.
The only available internet provider is via Comcast. I've tried switching to a more reliable provider, Verizon. When I called they informed me that certain apartment complexes have deals with internet providers, like Comcast, that restrict residents from using other companies. This could merely be a rumor but hey, seems legit to me since I have tried to switch with no success.
Dog park and gym are pretty nice since they reopened them after a year of being unaccessable due to renovations. Which the residents were not compensated for when having to pay rent.
Other than my complaints it's a fine place to live.
