Great so far. Maintenance has been very responsive to our requests. The community is clean and quiet and in a great location. It's close to 95 and the turnpike, lots of grocery stores nearby, and far enough off the road that traffic noise is at a minimum

Good experience. Office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Online portal is easy to use. Washer dryer in unit is a big plus, and the renovated apartment has brand new appliances, at least for us; there were still tags on most of them! Definitely would recommend.
