Great environment but they want so much for rent and we get the bare minimum. We have no balcony or even have two bedrooms but yet paying 15-1700 in rent. Is it worth it ? No but great maintenance staff and it's very nice here. I don't like that there is a centipede problem and the dogs poop everywhere it's ridiculous. My children can't even play in the grass.

Great place to live, quick responses to maintenance and any issues I have. The only issue I have is with the bug problem. Even with the exterminator coming and spraying they still are coming. The centipedes and pincher bugs are the worse and I know the winter will be worse I just pray it gets under control. People don't pick up after they pets outside on the lawn which is bothersome because they are not being considerate of the ones with children. Other than that everything is pretty good.

Love living here, quiet and relaxing but the bugs in the apartment is ridiculous. I am terrified of bugs and everyday my husband is killing bugs. The people are nosey and a little rude but other than that no one bothers us. I find the rent to be a little too pricey for just an apartment and no balcony or anything. And for it to be a big problem the rent should not be as high.
