Nice quiet updated apartment. The maintenance fixes things fast and I haven't had any issues with my neighbors. Only thing I don't like is the $25/month valet trash fee that you can't opt out of. I am perfectly capable of walking my trash to the dumpsters myself

I love my apartment. I have an end unit in a quiet courtyard in the back. It was fully updated before I moved in and I haven't had any issues since. The parking lot can get full on the weekend but I can always find a space on the street if needed. If it fits in your budget, get the upgraded apt. My electric bill is very low with the energy efficient appliances.

The move-in experience here was great. I've been here one week and it is everything I wanted in a home. My apartment was brand new upon move-in and Briana was a big help answering all my questions. The community is very pet friendly and so far the neighbors are nice.
