Diverse and friendly community, pet friendly, efficient apartment layouts, LEED cert, and access to train and trail system made this a great choice for us. Many nice restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus as well.

I am very happy with River Station. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with the move-in process. The building is kept up nicely, the amenities are great, and it has been an overall great experience. I would recommend living at River Station.

I think this is a great place to live! The amenities, the staff, especially the maintenance staff, I believe this is a five star building with a five star community. The grounds are gorgeous, there's a wonderful bridge. Makes easy access to downtown Downingtown on the Fourth of July. You can see the fireworks from where you're at.! The pool area is Beautiful, very peaceful. They were too huge grills for grilling. I really do enjoy living here. I will miss it when I have to leave..

Great community, they have not finished building it out fully but once it's done will be a one stop place to live. Staff is generally nice in the office, the amenities are nice as well, just be weary of guests not cleaning up after themselves. Overall good place

The apartments are beautiful. One feature of the apartment that sold me was the walk through closet!! So convenient!! Buildings are clean and well designed. Amenities are great! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Also a huge plus is the walking paths behind the community for a nice hike or walk into town! Great place to live!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The love in process was very simple and quick. The only thing I'd say is the cabinets and dishwasher needed a good cleaning. Trash and crumbs were found. Nothing we couldn't take care of but for future that's something to look for.

I loved my home prior. This apartment, not so much. There needs to be a thorough cleaning of everything before any paint is applied to any surface. All in all, just seemed like a rush job. I love this community but this experience has made me not want to renew my lease after.

I've lived in several apartment communities. This one is well cared for, the residents are kind and respectful, and management is on top of things and quite personable. So far residents seem to take pride in the common area spaces, gym, pool, etc. It feels like we are living in a hotel!

Community is neat and clean. Its very quiet. Just in 20 days we were able to attend one event. There was meet up in the lounge area before the event. We were able to meet people in the community. Event was also good, food vendors, local market vendors and live music were there. Overall nice experience till now.

There have been a few times when office communication, action, or lack thereof, has been an issue. The community still has not been informed what happens with Latch during a power outage. Overall, we are fine with the apartment and the maintenance staff is great.

Great amenities, great security and easy access to trails. The staff on site are good with communication and very friendly. Maintenance requests were handled in time and perfectly, staff is great. The pool is well maintained. Gym is great too!

It's a clean, pleasant community. The buildings are new so the wear of time is a non issue. It's within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and parks. Parking is plentiful. Having guests over is easy. Some of the few cons are it smells pretty bad outside after 5pm due to the sewage treatment facility close by, but it's not the apartments fault.

Brand new, spacious units and beautiful community! The amenities are fabulous, include the gym, pool, clubhouse with pool table, ping pong and shuffleboard, golf simulator room, etc. Staff are friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Staff has been really friendly and courteous. The community is well maintained and the staff is quick to respond to any questions, comments or concerns. I've only just moved in but so far very pleased with the experience.
