DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Oakmark Management ruined this place!

I lived here a few years and it was fine with the management at that time. But then Oakmark Management took over and things went down hill quickly. They are rude, not helpful and you have to pry information out of them to get a simple answer. They raised my rent $365 1 year and then an additional $35 and $53 the following years. I went from paying $1025 in 2022 to now $1435 in 2025. They are slow at everything. It took 7 days to repair a hot water heater so I had no heat or hot water in the 1st week of March The neighbors are mostly all nice, however multiple people report missing/stolen packages from INSIDE the building. I am sure it was one of the tenants doing this. Its very hard to have any deliveries made due to not well signage or info on any building. i have had at least 5 deliveries stolen There's no security cameras and the doors do not lock. I really do not recommend this place because of OAKMARK MANAGEMENT.
