Although we basically enjoy living at Riverview Landing there are some downsides. First the good things. We live right across from the pool so it's almost like we have a pool in our backyard. The pool and recreation areas are kept up very well. The bad. The grounds need attention. Once the mulch was put down in the spring about the only thing that is done is cutting the grass. Although the management should not have to pick up after adults, it would be nice if someone when around the complex every morning and picked up the food wrappers and drink containers that are laying on the ground. Better attention needs to be give to the "poop stations" since they regularly overflow and run out of bags.

Generally the Spanish very nice. However there are many little things that take away from the desirability suck paint splatters, areas that should have painted but weren't, the backsplash is separating and plumbers putty was used where caulk should have been used which has now started to crack.

Over 2 weeks have gone by and nobody has contacted me to fix my dryer. I have talked to the head of maintenance and the property management. If I hhad not sought them out I would not have even talked to anyone.

Overall we have been extremely pleased since moving in. However two things are annoying. 1. There are quite a few times when the dog waste containers overflow with waste. This is true even during the week when staff are present. 2. The painting in the apartment is rather poor. There are areas of trim that were left undone and ares such as the floor where paint was not wiped up.

We have only been here for a month but we have been impressed with the facilities and the quality of the work that has been performed. Not only has the staff been attentive to our needs but everyone has been very friendly.
