I am very happy here.  The walking trails and proximity to the park are appealing, and the highway and shopping are very conveniently located.  The maintenance service is excellent and the staff pleasant and respectful.  The residents and their pets are friendly and many people have been helpful.

We lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments and facilities are great but&#44; if that is all you want then go ahead. We had 2 bikes stolen in the parking garage in May/2010 (2&#44;800.00) Management didn&#39;t seem to care or do much to aid us in feeling safer. Then for 3 weeks the access to the stairway doors were left broken for over a month.In that time I had 2 more bikes totalling 2&#44;400 stolen right from my front door&#44; in the locked building! Again&#44; management didn&#39;t care. Instead they emailed me a reantal agreememnt saying they were not responsible. I don&#39;t care who was resposible! Icare because for the second time in 7 months I lost over 5&#44;000.00 in bikes and management did NOTHING to advise the property that there were thefts&#44; nothing at all. There are at least 10 different vendors who have access to the inside of the buildings anytime of the day. Pizza delivery drivers&#44; newspaper carriers&#44; UPS&#44; you name it&#44; they have access!
Oh I agree with the other comment about management &#34;judging&#34; people. We were late with the rent on more then one occasion and we felt like we were criminals. We ended up just breaking the lease because we couldn&#39;t come up with the late/court fees on top of the rents. So&#44; don&#39;t excpect much help. We were 1 day late and were taken to court on that day because we were late with the month before?? We told management we were paying the rent the next day&#44; that didn&#39;t matter. So now&#44; we were 2 months late plus court and late fees! 
Oh and if you want trash just go in the parking garage. We took a week vacation. The day before we left there was a Wendy&#39;s cup on top of the fob box. 9 days later it was still there? Along with a dirty sock in the stairwell.
Also&#44; because we are right off of 422&#44; people who come home feel the need to keep driving 55 mph right through the parking lots and not stopping at the stop signs. A dog was hit and run. Very inconsiderate neighbors!

Great if you like 5&#44;000.00 in bikes stolen.

Location&#44; location&#44; location. First of all&#44; we were lucky to score a corner apartment here for only $1.3k/mo (it was a week long special they had in the summer).

The location is amazing. You&#39;re right next to the Schuylkill River walking/biking trail and very close to Valley Forge park (quick drive and a great place to walk around). You&#39;re just down the street from King of Prussia mall *while* still being in a nice and laid back area (when not on 422). The back roads nearby are upscale&#44; very calm and traffic is fine and you&#39;re close to some good restaurants if you don&#39;t want to cross over 422 into the KOP Mall hustle and bustle. This also happens to be very close to my office now in downtown Conshohocken. They have an amazing combination of being convenient to busy areas while keeping your home in a calm&#44; quiet and laid back place.

More Convenience: Garage&#44; in-unit washer/dryer&#44; spacious&#44; etc.
I loved also having a garage to keep my car out of the snow and the sun. It doesn&#39;t cost much money and anybody can get a parking spot&#44; if they are willing to part with a few extra bucks per month (and you can do it at anytime) -- it&#39;s not like other apartments where you have an attached garage&#44; which is nice&#44; but you are committed to it for your entire lease. Here you can drop it and pick it up at any time&#44; month by month.

Also important: Maintenance. I met and became acquainted with maintenance&#44; which happened to live in my building. Very professional and thorough and VERY fast. Being a computer guy&#44; it was great to just send an email to the people at the office next door and have my apartment fixed the next day :) That&#39;s good service.

The only reason I left is because I moved to Florida. I plan on coming back this year (2010) and living at Riverview or at The Lofts next door (again&#44; location is perfect for me).

Bottom line:  Even though I&#39;m in a 5br/3ba pool home (rental)&#44; I still consider this the best place I&#39;ve ever lived overall. It wasn&#39;t as spacious nor as luxurious an interior compared to the house I&#39;m in&#44; but you have a LOT of convenience at a very low cost and you can&#39;t ask for more at this price point!

Fantastic location&#44; great price&#44; quality and management.

My husband and I and our dog recently moved into Riverview Landing in a 2 bedroom unit and we are in love.  We moved here from upstate NY a year ago and were put up at Riverview Landing in Corporate Housing for a month through my husband&#39;s employer&#44; and then moved to a complex in West Chester as we couldn&#39;t afford the rent at Riverview at the time&#44; even though we really wanted to stay.
Now that we have sold our house in NY&#44; and our lease was up in West Chester we couldn&#39;t wait to come back to Riverview&#44; and we happened to get such a great deal we signed a 2 year lease.  The apartments are very roomy&#44; have super unique layouts and make you feel at home.  We even had ours painted to feel less like an apartment&#44; and I have to say&#44; ours is even nicer than the house we used to own!  
There are full size washers and dryers which is awesome&#44; lots of storage&#44; 9 foot ceilings&#44; a beautiful pool and workout room and the riverwalk is beautiful and relaxing&#44; especially if you have a four legged friend who needs regular walking.
It is close to everything&#44; and if you catch them at the right time can lock in a great rate.  The Office staff are always amazing as well&#44;even when we were hear for corporate housing they always made us feel like &#34;residents&#34; which was a very important feature for us.  We have dealt with Connie&#44; Melanie and Sarah and have always had great experiences from all 3.  They truly want to make you feel at home and care about meeting all of your needs.  
And to comment on past reviews&#44; the last few are all correct&#44; it is relatively quiet&#44; seems to have many young professionals and families just starting out&#44; or older couples- not a lot of young 20&#39;s or kids running around.  The grounds are always kept nice&#44; and this past weekend we had a huge storm and no flooding.
As for the utilities&#44; we haven&#39;t had a bill yet&#44; but anywhere in this area is high for utilities&#44; and the bigger the apt&#44; that is what you have to expect.  Our last place was a lot smaller and older&#44; and the utilities were just as high there as some of the comments I have seen on here.  You just have to learn how to be economical.

This is a great apartment complex to live at! Rent is reasonable, the unit is updated and spacious, and our neighbors are very friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to my friends and family.

Have been here for about 5 months and I enjoy living here. It is quiet and has access to trails and parks. The staff is always quick to respond. The maintenance requests I have placed have been prompt and professional.

Wonderful location overlooking the river and trails of Valley Forge Park. Maintenance respond quickly and efficiently to renters needs. There is a beautiful clubhouse, swimming pool, and spacious and modern gym. The residents are generally friendly and many have pets.

The community has been so welcoming and friendly. Move in day was so easy, we were able to use the elevator to gwt things in fast. I really enjoy the layout of our apartment and the amenities that come with it!

Love the location on the river and trails.  The complex is well maintained and neighbors seem friendly and quiet. For such s big population I hardly ever hear anyone. Looking forward to the pool during the summer since I just moved in January

Riverview is a pleasant community-tenants  are friendly and helpful. It is generally a quiet community but the i see the community spirit at the pool, gym and other common areas. I am away a lot but have always been very satisfied with my experiences at Riverview.

Management is always very helpful, caring and understanding. They are always on top of trying to help create a better living environment.  Maintenence requests are addressed completed quickly within a few days of submitting the order. Depending on need, they could be there asap or next day.

My experience has been very nice. I enjoy the community. There is alot of construction always going on but I can assume that's to be expected as units get renovated. I do wish there were more organized events by the complex (like social hour in the club house) just to get to know everyone as we recently moved in.
