Experience is good but I have few things that I added earlier. There is expected to install street light going to outer road so walkers can go outside. As I dont have vehicle at this time and i want to get milk from store in evening, but lack of street light stops me which need to improve

Eagleview Is a wonderful community to live in. This is the second time I have been a resident here. Whether it's the sales team or members of the maintenance department, each person is a total professional and treats each resident with respect. The only area I would like to see improve is trimming the trees and branches back off of the walking path near the tennis and pickleball courts. The branches hang down at shoulder height and a person could run in to them if walking at night or early morning.

Nice neighborhood with lots of amenities. Close to turnpike and all major thoroughfares. Community is clean and quiet and has pleasant neighbors to live next around. Holidays are fun in the neighborhood as there are lots of activities to do.

Claremont is a great neighborhood with a great community feel. The apartments are comfortable and the area is beautiful. Eagleview Town Center is walking distance with great restaurants and I love the running trails and outdoor sports options throughout the property.

I am very happy living in this community. It is quiet and clean. Any maintenance problems are taken care of at the earliest possible time. Shopping is very convenient as are the many restaurants in the area.

It's a beautiful community with friendly people and many conveniences. I'm close to Giant, Starbucks, Whole Foods, shopping and work. It's very easy to visit family and friends from this location because the roads are good. I would highly recommend it.

TI have been very happy here. The community is quiet and well maintained. Any. Of my calls for maintenance have been answered promptly. My neighbors have been friendly and courteous. The weekly Farmers market is a nice feature as well as a there is a nice assortment of restaurants to choose from

I like the trees and green spaces, walking trails and nearby restaurants and shopping. Also in the summer, free concerts and farmers markets. It's really a lovely community. The YMCA, library, and many stores are very close by. I would definitely recommend this community to friends.
