Amazing from the renting process to moving in. Can't say enough about how helpful the whole staff is! Especially with the new process of the phone and technical. procedures. Having underground parking is so convenient. Also having the park snd restaurants right outside your four is amazing.

Beautiful upscale apartment close to great restaurants. All appliances are brand new and the apartment itself is brand new. The outside deck area has a TV and it is a very nice gathering spot. Also great pet friendly apt complex

Moving to this apartment was so wonderful everything was clean when we came in. Love the location and it's very quiet. Can't wait to have all my friends and family over to seat on the patio and listen to all the music this summer.

I have been enjoying Claremont on the square residency approaching five years next month. The apartment complex and grounds are beautiful and so well kept. It is so nice to meet neighbors of Claremont, whether on the square or at the pool as well as enjoying the convenient restaurants.

Nice environment and nature is well preserved. Peaceful neighborhoods with plenty of community events all year around. Staff is very helpful and care about your wellbeing. Workers provide high quality service in an almost-always expedited way. Most of the tenants/residents are well educated and respect each other. I would recommend this community without reservation.

We moved from out of state in the earlier part of 2022. With us being out of state, that can tend to make finding an apartment rather complicated. We are thankful that the staff was willing and able to do everything virtually. We are loving the community as well as the surrounding area thus far!

The apartment is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Haven't met many people because Covid stopped any planned activities so it's lonely. Having the restaurants across the square is a real plus. Hankin did a terrific job summer if 2020 closing road in front of restaurants added a great ambiance for outdoor dining

Eagleview is a great place to live. The complex is well maintained and maintenance staff is efficient. The Town Center is getting a little crowded. Parking is becoming an issue on the weekends and may get worse with the additional of a new apartment building.

Very pleased w unit. Extremely displeased with the shocking increase to take place this month. It is horrendous. I have been an excellent tenant. This is no longer a luxury unit. Therefore an unreasonable increase. Very disappointed

It's a nice community with Cafe, restaurants and events close by. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are nice. The design of the location, makes it easy to go for a walk or a jog. The maintenance of the place is well kept up.

Very enjoy the activities during the course of the year .The restaurants are very convenient. We have made new friends along with spending time with them at the restaurants. Sometimes parking can be a problem on weekends.

Do not rent an apartment facing the square unless you enjoy subpar, loud folk music every Tuesday night, and other annoying events, during the summer. You won't able be to hear your TV, read, study, etc. even with your windows closed. Truly an awful experience when trying to relax. Be prepared for rent increases EVERY year and a very stringent lease language if you need to break your lease. Maintenance is great and responsive. If you need something fixed, it's done. Snow removal and ground upkeep are top notch, but they should be when charging over $2k/month.

We love our apartment. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is prompt and professional. The apartment so far is quiet. We are enjoying the entertainment at the restaurants and the walking trails. When our grandson visits he enjoys looking for fish and frogs in the pond.
