We have lived here for 8 years and are very pleased with our "home". We have wonderful neighbors and are very pleased with the building and the community. I would definitely recommend Claremont on the Square to anyone looking to downsize.

Claremont on the Square has been an excellent move for us. We have been extremely happy with our choice, the efficiency of the maintenance staff and the leasing office staff. Not to mention that we have great neighbors. It's a great place to live.

My husband and I moved here after downsizing from our home. If you are looking to live a stress free apartment life, this is the place for you. Moving from a private home into an apartment my main concern was the noise level and the upkeep of the premises. The building is quiet and well kept, it has been a pleasant transition.

My husband and I moved to Claremont on the Square in May of 2014. We were looking to downsize and found that this apartment met all of our needs. I had not lived in an apartment in about 35 years and was very apprehensive about moving to one. We love our new home!!!! Not only is the apartment beautiful, the management office is always helpful and Brian, our maintenance tech, is the best!! It's quiet here and I feel like I live in a "neighborhood" because of the wonderful friends that we've made. We are not only pleased with the inside of our home but in the summer this is the place to be. My husband and I can sit on our patio, eat our dinner and enjoy the various concerts that are held weekly. The Farmer's Market held in the Square is also a plus. I am sure that this is our home for many years to come. As a side note I wasn't sure about how to rate the noise level. I chose 1 star because the place is very quiet.
