After living in The Gardens in Eagleview for 21 years, my wife and I moved in May to Claremont on the Square, as we approach retirement. We loved everything about Eagleview for two decades-but now we like it even more. Living on the square finds us in the middle of all that goes on as to shopping, restaurants, concerts, etc. We hear no noise from neighboring apartments and love the social events that the management team sponsors for its residents. The building and grounds are kept amazingly well. We should have moved sooner!!!!

We moved into Claremont on the Square in early March and have never regretted  it. In fact, on hindsight, if we had known earlier how convenient this place was, we probably would have moved in years ago. Below are several of the top reasons why we are so pleased:
- location is awesome...right in the middle of town center....it&apos;s a couple minute walk to stores & restaurants. And, more restaurants within 2 mile walk.
- the place is nearly soundproof and quiet. We looked at several other complexes before settling here....none matched the soundproofed walls. In our 6 months here, we have never heard a sound from a neighbor from our apartment.
- the staff are professional and just very nice people. They seem genuinely interested in my happiness ( staff includes sales agents, maintenance, store & restaurant staff, pool guard, other residents & community, etc). 
- there are many activities for all ages...summer weekly concerts & movies, weekly farm market, etc.
- the grounds are kept immaculate. ( it&apos;s like Disney World, it&apos;s always being maintained & cleaned)
- maintenance requests are addressed within hours...and always by clean, professional guys.
- our view overlooking the Square is attractive & lively. Gives it a downtown vibe.
- there are numerous walking / running / biking paths in Eagleview and very close by ( all connected..Eagleview..to Uwchlan trail...to Strubel trail). It&apos;s a beautiful stroll with lots of nature.

Overall, we are very much enjoying our stay at Claremont on the Square!

Claremont on the Square is an amazing place to live.  I call it my &quot;Manhattan Pied-a-Terre.&quot; The property staff are respectful and pleasant to work with, addressing your concerns in a timely fashion.  Eagleview grounds are maintained every day often planting new seasonal plants in order to retain the beautiful landscape. Pools are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled immediately by experienced and knowledgeable technicians. It affords us a great community feel with free summer concerts, movies and charitable functions.  It&apos;s fun to attend pool parties, sports parties, painting parties, card parties.  With 2 restaurants (3 more coming), Wellington book store, Rita&apos;s water ice, drug store,etc. what more can you ask for without getting into your car? I couldn&apos;t think of a better place to call home.  Neighbors are friendly.

The Wellington apartment are the most desired in this area.  They are well maintained and immaculately clean?both inside and outside of the buildings. Neighbors are friendly and courteous.  Management has handled the Covid-19 for the tenants with care and concern. I couldn't think of a better place to live.

I have only been at Claremont on the Square for 3 weeks, and I LOVE IT!  The staff has been so helpful. The apartment is great, the location is quiet and peaceful, the walking trails are plentiful, the landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, and my neighbors are very friendly!  The periodic live music from the restaurants on the square filters softly into my apartment, providing a lovely ambiance!  The weekly farmer's market gives me fresh meat and vegetables each week! Who could ask for more?

It has been terrific living here. I can sit on my porch and listen to the lovely music on the square after a long day of work. The office and maintenance staff are great! It's almost like I'm on vacation.

Claremont on the square is a lovely place to live with spacious apartments, beautiful grounds and shopping and dining  within a short walk across the square. Best of all great neighbors and a variety of concerts, movies, craft fairs and planned activities!

I have had a terrific experience!
The maintenance staff has been outstanding. When there is a problem it is taken care of quickly and professionally. The outdoor space is kept beautifully. Today there is a terrific concert to enjoy and various vendors to purchase items. Such a great place to live

So far I love it here. The staff work tirelessly to make any improvements requested and the residents are so friendly, always saying hello to me even though we haven't met yet.  People also offer assistance when they think you might need it. I am very satisfied with my decision to move here.
