Nice place. No wild parties, no screaming kids, no barking dogs. Maintenance is quick and effective. Parking fine, common areas kept real clean. 5 stars! Prob appeals to an older crowd but that guarantees peace and quiet

None better than Claremont. All boxes checked. Nice neighbors, quiet, clean, secure. Steps away from town square and 6 restaurants. Maintenance prompt and professional. Hardly any pets. Parking right out front.
