Incredible find, with everything I wanted:
I had been looking for a month, with no luck as to what I wanted, with the location and a price I could afford. I did not have Capital Pointe on my list of places to look at, however I passed it while looking at other properties. I met Charles on a very busy Saturday, he gave me a couple options, however listing his top recommendation first. There were people calling and line of people behind me. I could not see the apartment that day, however, Charles explained to apply and it is reserved for 48 hrs. I did that and Monday Janet called, I was in the approval process, and I made an appt to see the apartment. She and Charles had both listened to everything I was hoping for and wanted. Janet allowed me to bring my goldendoodle with me to see the apartment. To my surprise, everything I asked for was there. Updated bathroom and Kitchen, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, patio, and tons of closet space. It was a home run. My only issue, the patio has a fair amount of green moss, and that is where Shawn stepped in. After a few emails and what could beā¦Ā See More>Mark_Thomas

Awesome Apartment, Horrible Experience
My apartment was awesome. Close to the bus stop. Walking distance from the Public Library; walking distance from stores (the grocery store was about a 25 minute walk, but I have had it worse). The view from my front window was amazing, and for three years I would sit at my large front window, read a book, and enjoy the view (back in Philly my window looked out at a wall); then a neighbor complained, and the Property Manager started calling me up once a day screaming at me. The apartment is nice and large, with great closet space; but the squirrels chewed a hole in my closet wall; maintenance came out and took a photo, but never returned to fix the hole, and never addressed the squirrel problem in attic. For the last 2 1/2 years my closet door was barricaded and unusable. The bathroom was awesomely big, with a huge bathtub, great for bathing; but apparently there was a water leak into my downstairs neighborās bathroom; I had the maintenance out four times, and they did caulking and replace molding, and tried to find the problem, but to no avail. The neighbor started calling and screaming at theā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Affordability with Roaches
I am rating this property as poor because of pest/roach infestation and thin walls (among other things). To give a fair rating, let's look at both positives and negatives, then you can decide. Positives. (1) Rent is affordable - compared to similar size apartment. The size is fair for the price. (2) Outdoor maintenance is average. I've been here about 4 months in the fall. They kept it somewhat clean, and they did a great job right before and after a brief snowstorm. (3) Management is initially responsive. (4) Plenty of closet space. For the negatives, (1) roaches are also plentiful. Even if you like to keep a clean apartment like I do, it won't make a difference. There are many holes for pests to come in and out of. Management will provide regular pest control if you request it. If you decide to move here, make sure they did a treatment prior to your move in as required by law. Also check out the apartment thoroughly for evidence of pest. Request pest control as soon as you move in, that might help a little. (2) The outdoor trash bins almost always spill over, and trash gets everywhere. If youā¦Ā See More>kennethlopez672

Outstanding job by the Stonebridge maintenance team. When I first moved in, the very first evening, I had a leak in my ceiling. IT was caused by the tenant upstairs flooding his room. I called maintenance and they were at my unit within 5 mins. They assessed the problem and instructed me to put down a bucket to cover the carpet from moisture. It occured again 1 week later. Maintenance was there within 2 mins. They assessed again and said they needed to put in a work order to install some sort of device upstairs above my unti to prvent leakage. They did so while i was at work. Very efficient. Extremely satisifed with customer service, quality of work, and timeliness and reliability of the maintenance crew.

Since moving here in 2016 we've had numerous maintance issues. Air conditioning broke twice and no maintenance was available to use. Our dishwasher was out for months nobody came out to attempt to fix it. For price we pay in rent they sure dont care about their residence!!!

My apartment is spacious with really nice big windows. The maintenance man who came to my apartment was in a good mood and very nice to talk to. Some places have guys who always look grumpy or that they have other places they'd rather be. The maintenance guys here seem like they are happy and genuinely care about doing things right.

The office is a comfortable place and they were very helpful from the beginning. My apartment was bright and clean when I moved in and maintenance came over quickly when I reported that my microwave stopped working. The last time it snowed, I saw one of the ladies from the office helping to shovel. She was really fun and remembered who I was when I stopped to say Hi. They make me feel welcome here.

Everything that is said is true. You put in a maintenance request and nobody shows to fix the problem. I been there going on 9 mths now, and I put in the same request 7 times and noone shows up. The maintenance staff is Horrible. I have witnessed them cleaning their cars outside instead of helping people. Also they have a bug problem as well. Thousand Leggers and Spiders. I bet you if the tenants start putting their money in escrow they will get their act together. I am def. not renewing the lease.

I have no portal to pay my rent, I can't submit tickets for repairs, I can't call the number that is being provided ). The number that is being provided isn't in service or has not been assigned to a phone. I have to take time out of my day to drive to the bank, to obtain cash, to obtain money orders, to drive back to the office (very limited hours) and pay my rent. Most recently, they decided to send out invoices that were incorrect and reflected that a number of tenants didn't pay there rent, when in fact we did! It's a train wreck. This place gets traded every 6 months to a year. I don't forsee that I will be staying here.... Think long and hard before you make arrangements to move to this place...ā¦.it's not as great as the reviews make it seem.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Run and run fast from these leeches. They have no idea what they are doing amd go out of their way to prove that they have nothing but disdain for their residents and ONLY care about your money and making sure they dont have to actually do any work. The entire office staff is lazy and do more to avoid work than they would had they simply done their job. They are awful and deserve to go out of business

I love this community because the staff is pleasant and the grounds are well maintained. There is a pool, indoor gym, playground and a lot of room for my out door workouts and jogs I can't wait for spring to hit. Everything is neat and clean I would defiantly recommend this place.

I have only been here a little over a month and already several maintenance issues remain unresolved. They are: a rusted towel rack in the shower, peeling paint on the side of the sink, and very, very overgrown bushes outside my bedroom window and an additional handicapped parking space. I have left a few messages with their answering service, submitted my requests in writing, and even talked to one of the maintenance men to no avail. I am very frustrated due to their lack of consideration of their tenants as well to a total disregard of the appearance of their property.

Renter BEWARE!!!!! I have been her several years. The rent has increased every year I have lived here. The units are old, and need much repair. I have had my toilet ring leak and water came through my downstairs ceiling. My hot water heater leaked and soaked my rug. My wastewater pipe from my upstairs leaked and saturated my rugs. Finally after the Rug cleaners complained about mold growth, I was given new carpeting. My baseboards outside my utility closet are still stained and rotten because of the leaks. Maintenance does not view this as a priority. It has been 2 years!!!! The outside lighting is horrible in some parts. When the bulbs are all working it is great but otherwise it is awful. The winter is an utter travesty, I live on a hill and salting the lots is done hours after a storm stops. The Maintenence staff continuously uses the excuse that the buildings are old. That excuse gets old. I realize things break, but when you spend thousands on landscaping and the living spaces are falling apart, there is a problem.

I have called the Brook my home since April 2016. So far I have had nothing but good experiences. I need to give a shout out to Zac in the office. He was great to work with when there was an emergency the day before my move in date with the Apt. I was to move in to. he quickly found me another Apt so I did not have to push out my move in date!!! My building is very quiet and I couldn't ask for better neighbors. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The pool upgrade is absolutely beautiful. I referred my sister in law to the complex and she loves her Apt as well.
