I have been a resident for more than 6 years now and below are the pluses and minuses in my opinion. Minus Point: 1) UNBELIEVABLE DELAY IN MAINTENANCE SERVICES: a) In any apartment, I believe it's the customer's expectation that the maintenance issues are resolved in 2-3 days. But, believe it or not, I had a maintenance request open for 5 Months(Yes, you read that right, it's 5 months). The Bathtub faucet was leaking heavily initially and later it started running. I had contacted them multiple times over email and by walking in to office but to no avail. b) Heater and AC issues: My AC was not working for months both in 2018 and 2019. My heater has stopped working on 5th of October, 2019 and it has been close to a month and it's still not fixed. For a resident, these delays are just unacceptable. Sent multiple emails on this but again no result. Plus Points: 1) It's close to colonial park mall so you can get to the mall in 1-2 minutes. 2) Good swimming pool. So would I recommend Stonebridge to anyone? Answer is No. The maintenance delays are so significant that I would not recommend Stonebridge to anyone. I am planning to buy a home and move out as soon as possible..!
