Not a bad place to live. I haven't had any issues with this place so far, clean neighborhood close to stores & my neighbors are quiet. They also have flexible rent payments. I would recommend living here.

The area is in a good location it's accessible to a-lot of things by car or bus. Rent is also a good rate compared to other apartments around the area. I have also gotten to know new people and be near family which is important.

The walls are thin in the apartment. If I lean up against it or the slightest nudge, a crack will appear . Since the leasing office has moved, I have been having a problem receiving mail. Other than that, I have no issues .

I have been living at Manchester since February 2023 and i would like to say that it has been the best apartment Ive had. The apartments are very roomy and the staff is very quick to fix thing's. Not only that but the community is amazing. A nice quite neighborhood.

Great so far. Any request or maintenance issue has been resolved! I upgraded to a new unit after being here 2years, the new space is renovated and beautiful! Des in the office is super helpful, Ben too! Pretty decent spot for the area! Priced well too!

The service has been great so far; everyone is friendly and goes beyond the call of duty to assist when needed. As the complex has nothing to do with crime in the neighborhood, I just experienced my car window smash, and the complex does not have cameras to find out who smashed the windows of six cars, all neighbors.

It's ok, not worth the price of rent. The building is very old and has a lot of issues. I've been dealing with water damage the entire time here and the maintenance staff are inexperienced and don't fix problems properly. They also use my own personal items like paper towels to clean up after themselves (and toilet paper when I didn't have paper towels out). Management is nice. Staff are friendly. I just wish there was better maintenance staff

The hallways can definitely use some clean up work but the apartment itself is not bad. Would recommend living here it's quiet & in a good neighborhood. If I had to rate out of 5 stars I would give it a 3.

It's a quiet community. The grounds are kept clean and the grass is always cut. Stores are close by and so is public transportation. Banks , laundry mats, grocery stores, everything is very close by.

The apartment is very nice a quiet place to live at maintenance is very quick and cleans up after they finish the work order parking is great but there are some abandoned cars that need to be removed l would recommend this apartment it also is a pet friendly and perfect place for your family to live in

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst place I have ever lived, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Bugs, mice, maintenance that never comes out, terrible building management. I have been stuck here for the worst 3 years of my life. Most recently, my basement neighbor died in his apartment and decomposed for over a week and management is doing nothing about the TERRIBLE STENCH OF DECOMPOSING CORPSE THAT ALL OF THE TENANTS ARE FORCED TO DEAL WITH. THEY TOLD US TO OPEN OUR WINDOWS AND THAT WAS ALL THEY COULD DO. THERE IS A 7 MONTH OLD INFANT LIVING IN THE BUILDING WITH A LUNG DISEASE WHO IS BEING FORCED TO ENHALE THE SMELL OF ROTTEN CORPSE FOR OVER A WEEK. AVOID THIS PLACE AY ALL COSTS. Did I also mention they have been charging me a pet fee for my SERVICE ANIMAL for three years which last time I checked is ILLEGAL?

I am just moving in, and so far it is okay. This is not a luxury complex, but is okay for a temporary dwelling. The rent payment is low, but of course could be lower since a lot of luxuries are missing. Like I typed, I am a new resident, and for the money it is somewhat ok.

I was out of my apartment for a month due to an issue that the property manager knew about and refused to make a priority. She has a horrible attitude and most concerns get ignored. From requests to neighboring issues there is no help.

It has been great so far. I had no trouble moving in. The leasing office staff was extremely helpful. My apartment was ready and very clean when when I arrived. The lease signing process was quick and easy. Everything was explained well. I am very happy with my experience so far.

I have enjoyed my time here at Manchester, from when we first moved in to now. We are possibly renewing our lease, but the staff and neighbors are always a joy to interact with. The only downside is that our bathroom is not updated like the rest of the apartment, but we still love our home.

I always my apartment and the parking convenience provided by Liss Property Management ever since I moved in December'2017. The apartment community is very nice and respectful to each other's privacy etc. The residents here are very nice and respectful to each other. The place is quiet and clean. It's a pleasure to live here. I like all my neighbors and we look out for each other's mail and packages whenever they are delivered to our building.

At first we had a good time now we are having trouble getting anything done the manager seems to be cut off from the tenant and the maintenance men are not in the apartment they are at other places instead of ours

Great area to live in. Building staff slack on there job. The man came out said he had to talk to Desiree. When I seen him three days later asked him what was they do he said he forgot to mention it. The knobs and tub leak, and last year they change the drain in the tub now for some reason water just sit in the tub and it's starting to rust and the maintenance man is well aware.

Not a bad place to stay. Packages need better drop off points to prevent being stolen. Other then that its not bad for the price. Don't going in with the expectations of a 5 star hotel and you'll be fine.

Great apartment building. The people in the building are quiet and respectful as well as friendly and nice. Maintenance problems are addressed quickly. The apartments are kept up to date and they are clean. Overall, so far the experience has been great.

The office staff is terrible. I've had consistent issues since I've moved in. I've had issues with mice, air conditioning, heating, hot water, hot water heater unit, electrical outlets, and a list of other things as well. Snow removal is almost non existent on sidewalks and walkways to the building. Trash cans are rarely emptied. Dogs are not cleaned up after. Trash bags for dogs are never refilled. It has been terrible. We will be moving when our lease is up.
