Very Welcoming
I have to say my experience with the sales associate was fantastic. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was infectious, and she was very warm and welcoming. I had done a serach with close to a dozen other locations and no one matched her. The building is beautiful and the quaility of the staff made the experience even better.

Amazing Staff and Property
The Carson is amazing property with incredible amenities. Cian Willaims was really a driving factor. She did an amazing job showing us the units and really made us feel like this could be a lovely home and community.

Very Happy
1.) You should tour this building just to meet Cian - she's amazing. 2.) I've been here a month now and so far the place is great. Amazing views (Attached photos are the view from my apt!) Amazon Grocery downstairs (Nice since it's 20 degrees outside) Indoor basketball court (It's only a half-court but still) Lobby is always very clean Staff are legitimately helpful & friendly Cost is very reasonable It's great. I feel lucky to have found this place!

Great staff, great building!
Everyone listed is wonderful! So helpful, warm, and friendly. They treat me like a friend and not just a tenant. Constantly they advocate for improvements and updates that make The Carson a truly unique and amazing place to live!
