So far so good,Property is kept in very good to excelent condition. Problems: Severe puddling in several parking spaces make them unusuable in heavy rain and freezing weather. Also, there are no railings on the side entrance, which makes this difficult to use. Even though it's only two steps and there is a ramp on another side of the building, it is unsafe not to have railings on every entrance with any steps.
