Very nice clean premise. Overall im satisfied with my choice, staff are very helpful and addressed and resolved any concers or issues i had. My only regret is I would have loved to tour the premises before selecting my unit online to be sure to select a unit that fit my needs

I just moved in but so far my experience has been all positive. The apartment was repainted & very well cleaned. It was ready to move right in. All appliances were immaculately cleaned & in working order. Moving in was hassle free! Jenna & Rich in the office were super helpful & professional through the whole process.

Overall good.  Disappointed in inability to use pool.  Covid-19 obviously an issue this year but would prefer linger hours and perhaps a few more week at front and back.  There needs to be a generator to power emergency lighting and elevators for an extended period.  Security not as good as it could be.  Pass-entry gates should be added and the exit to Butler Pike by CVS should have the same as exit is difficult during drive time.  Elevator lobby should have cameras too.

PARC is an excellent community for living like you are on vacation. Wonderfully kept grounds and excellent maintenance staff. The management staff are caring and always reachable. My favorite innovation is the integration of the LUXOR delivery.

Newly built, attractive buildings and grounds, nice exercise equipment and rooms, common area rooms, great staff, and hand location. The only negative is the windows are not very sound proof as there is a lot of noisy, heavy truck traffic

Experience as an overall good. Rent is a little high and I am unhappy with hvac system installed but there is little can really be done. The staff is quick to respond and maintenance does a very good job as well. Overall it is a good situation and location.

I have unfortunately been the victim of theft upon first moving in and subsequently the electricity has been turned off along with currently being mistreated by someone from the staff, whom is using illegal levels of hydrogen sulfide into my apartment bedroom and kitchen ventilation system. I don't feel safe and have contacted all proper complex management corporate and maintenance for assistance in ending the malicious disbursement of harmful chemicals.
