It was a class act when I moved in there 2011 then it turned into a ---- show with drug dealing going on day and night where people were afraid to come out of their apartments and recently there were two murders there and a service dog and the lady that owned the service dog was a personal friend of mine

Disgusting, dirty, and rodent riddled building

This building is a health hazard. In the 5 years I lived there, more than a dozen tenants died due to multiple health conditions caused by the filth of the building, the lack of air duct cleaning, and the severe rodent infestation. The manager is not a nice person. She will target tenants and then come after them until they vacate the apartment. She will also sit in the Community Room and cry and gossip about other tenants. Not the way to conduct yourself as a supposed professional. Please stay away from this apartment building. You'll move in but you may most be fortunate enough to move out.

I am sure things at this Dump have not changed,the so called Mgr just set in the office on her phone never answered the door or phone calls,she left all the time and drove to who knows where,she got paid for doing nothing,she was nothing but a fat --- lazy bum,she was worthless and should have been fired a long time ago,if you move in this Dump you will be sorry you will hate it,rent gets raised every year,find a better place to live,

This was the worse place i have ever lived,the office people were terrable did not care about anything,the maintance guy was a jerk tried to boss people around and even hit some the office did nothing,the place was dirty did very little cleaning,most people were scum drunks, drug scum,alot of over dose and death,kids living there not a place for kids,alot of animals to not a place for them either,i would not tell anyone to move there,the place is just for money and that is it,stay away alot of scum there,it is not safe to live there,

The place puts anyone in here drunks,drugs,nuts,kids,animals of all kinds,you name it it is in the maintance is a nut tell people what they can do,punches people,he is supposed to be leaving,people hates him,the place does not get taken care of,the water is terrable black crap comes out of the pipe,the trash shout has never been cleans and it stinks,don't think about moving here you will be sorry,

This is a nice secure historical building I've been living here for 10 years the rent is very reasonable there's been many upgrades in the last 12 months since one of the owners Ron middlemen have you been coming in frequently to see what's going on from Virginia stuffing the other reviews about the maintenance man are 100% true he must have had some kind of mental breakdown you are the nice man there a year ago and the situation is being dealt with all in all a great place to live I know I'll be keeping this apartment for a long time to come I was looking at the market you can't get nothing this nice for this price

I have lived here for a few years and it gets worse all the time,you have Drunks,drugs,people in and out all the time who knows who they are,not for 55 plus any age can get it,the place is in town only thing good about it,all they want is the money,had bugs here and i am sure still do with some of the pigs living here,i would not tell anyone to move here,

If your an honest person and don't like drama this place isn't for you ! The management is corrupt . They hired someone a few months ago who robbed people in their own homes . And pocketed 4 months rent from another tenant and management claims their handling it . They since fired that woman big deal that still doesn't stop what happened .me and several other tenants have been harassed by the maintenance man and I was told it's not a big deal by upper management Ron the property manager . Police reports where filed on the matter by several tenants . If you have kids also don't move here ! The same man will harass them too if he decides he doesn't like them . Your voice doesn't matter here . Live somewhere else please for the safety and security of yourself and your family! Not worth the good price for sure . They also hiked the rent during the peak of covid which is illegal and most tenants here don't have the extra resources for that kind of Hike in rent . Don't move here .

The place has got better then it was,still trouble makers living here hopefully they will get them out soon,they say you can not set out front just bull crap,lock laundry room door at 10 and unlock at 7 another stupid crap,put paper on door alot another stupid crap,i would not tell anyone to move here to much crap,

I lived at the Jermyn apartments for one year,I am in a wheelchair due to a stroke and am 34 yrs old. it was hard for me to get around in the apartment, no on street parking, a hazzard when the fire alarm went off which happened nightly. this is not a great location either
