I am happy, but there have been instances that I fell in hallway, there was a cap on floor & I did not see it, fell & went against railing, my arm was so bruised had black & blue big for some time, it still is sore, that was not the first time falling in hallway, made calls to office regarding problems, the major one was I moved in I told the office about the rugs were not installed correct, you could see lines & by the door & sliding door the rug was splitting, I had to put black tape over it, they never did anything, said it was new rugs?????

I am very happy with staying at the Dorchester Apts. The people in the office are very friendly. It always seems to be safe, very quiet and relaxing. The only thing that many residents are not happy with is that we have to pay for the gas and the monthly rent has gone up.

Very happy with the community, the maintenance men are very friendly & knowledgeable & the staff in office are very understanding, friendly and helpful. Just need some issues taken care of and everything will be fine!

The apartment complex is well taken care of, the neighbors are very friendly & helpful if needed. The apartment seems to be very well with security and the upkeep. The only thing that should be looked into is that some of the appliances are old and do not operate correct.

I am happy with the apt community, the service did not take much time for the 2 maintenance men come out & fix problem. The only thing I am sure nobody liked is the fact that we have to pay for the gas, it is hurting the expense & the gas is not used much at all & the bill is not understanding, why is it so much???

It is ok, but some of items are old & need replaced. The community is quiet and peaceful, the steps going into lobby of apartment use to have two railings now it has only one? sometimes it is hard to get up steps with groceries.

The occupancy of the apt is ok, the only thing that I do not like is the Dorchester Apt buildings fo not have any storage space like many other apts have, so we have to pay to have things stored that we cannot fit in the apt!!!

The only problem I have is getting into the lobby with the high step to g err t into it. I have to hold on to the door ledges with both hands to get in, I have to have surgery on left knee, fell once getting into lobby on cement, wish something could be placed there (another step to get on may make it easier)

Seems very quiet & laid back, the only thing I do not like is the step going into the lobby, I have to hold on to both sides of door to get up into the lobby, need step underneath the main one to help getting in!
