Maintenance is great. They are extremely courteous and speedy when there is an issue. I wish the pool opened earlier in the summer but otherwise love the pool. Wonderful trails for walking. Properties are always clean

Just moved in and everyone here is so friendly and helpful very nice... the staff was very helpful in getting us all settled in... the complex is very clean and well kept... everything you need is so close as far as shopping and restaurants very happy with moving here

very clean apartment complex and nice people that lives here, we need to keep the people that have been here awhile.. the people in the office are very helpful.. and the rent does not go up to high that's a plus each year.. its reasonable rate so far...

The community is beautiful and the apartments look premium . It is easy to access and close to shoprite , wawa and cvs. Beautiful trails nearby and quiet community. I would love to rent here if little cheaper

Disappointed by condition of apartment, shoddy paint job, carpets showing wear after one year, multiple plumbing issues. Poor communication with office, impossible to get a live person at times. Would like follow up to discuss issues especially peeling paint, flooding patio ) reported but no communication with community

Very happy with my decision to move here. I'm happy with the layout of my apartment along with its location and balcony. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues. The issues were addressed and fixed quickly. The people at maintenance and the front office are very professional and answer any of my questions or concerns.

Michael gave us the best tour and made my brother and I feel like we were at home already. I will literally bawl my eyes out if we don't get it. This is the best place we've seen in West Chester. We absolutely saved the best place for last. While we were on the tour we ran into one of the maintenance men and he was THE MOST WONDERFUL MAN! The dog park and the trail looks so inviting and I can't wait to (hopefully) utilize both of them. ??

Our apartment is not only spacious and beautifully remodeled, it has great extras like a laundry room, fireplace, new appliances, and granite countertops. The rooms are larger and designed to hold lots of furniture without limiting its layout. We find the staff friendly and the apartment beautiful and competitively priced. Our dog loves it here, too!

Very good! Maintenance is always on top of our requests and friendly. Whenever they enter the apt, they are respectful and clean. We have had several issues with a leak and they went above and beyond to find the source and fix it

I like living in this community. The maintenance staff is very friendly and provide speedy service. My only complaint would be that leasing office staff are difficult to access. There have been several instances that I call and I am unable to get a hold of anyone and have to leave a voicemail. They pretty much do everything via email which I am not a fan of.
