I want to take a moment to recognize Caprice McClary for her exceptional customer service. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth, clear, and stress-free. When I first inquired about 30 Lancaster, I received some confusing information while she was out of the office, but as soon as Caprice returned, she personally followed up with me, clarified everything, and even apologized for the earlier mix-up. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. What impressed me most was how she took the extra step of finding a video tour of the exact floor plan I was interested in since photos weren’t available online—this level of care and consistency truly reflects the gold standard of service. Because of her professionalism, courtesy, and reliability, I decided to move forward with 30 Lancaster before even seeing the unit in person. Caprice is the reason I chose this community, and I believe she is a true asset to Bozzuto.
