The most obvious benefit of decorating with silk plants and trees is they require no watering or pruning. The most maintenance a silk plant may require is a dusting from time to time. Use a lightweight cloth to do so. Avoid using a misting spray of water to dust as you may with other faux plants and trees because water can stain silk.
