To terminate your sublet early, provide your tenant with a one-month notice and state your reason for leaving. Before the termination date, settle all rent and utility bills. Return the property in its original condition and ensure you’ve received necessary closure documents from relevant authorities. Finally, expect your security deposit to be refunded on time.
