Verified Resident Review: “From the moment I moved into the community in 2020, I’ve felt right at home! I originally picked this location because it’s close to family and I grew up around here. The area is so nice, quiet, and has lots of walking trails to explore, but you’re still close to many shops. There’s this one trail behind the tennis courts that I love walking and watching the sunset, it’s truly beautiful to see! My neighbors have been nothing short of amazing, I made friends with all the dog moms in my building and I love getting to talk to them.”

Verified Resident Review: “The rent fee is more affordable considering the high prices around the area; however, this doesn’t mean a low standard of quality in every sense. The facilities always look neat, the staff is very professional and kind, the unit is comfortable with a nice layout (way better than other places), and the maintenance team is always on top of every situation that arises. Highly recommended; great location, great atmosphere in every sense.”

A clean neighborhood that cares about the environment. The Point at Eisenhower is made of an amazing staff whether service, and leasing they are all friendly and caring.”

There are three elevators. There’s a community center office. We have a lot of activities that are free. We have instructors who teach us to do body exercise, dances. There’s also a gym room, game room. We can do the walking exercise outside around the building, because it is safe. We have a lot of trips, going to Walmart, Amish market, and farmers market. The staff are so nice.”
