Resident Review: “I have been living here since 2004. Great property really good amenities soccer fields, dog park, and volleyball fields. Amazing office staff always helps in everything I need as well as maintenance staffs.”

Friendly neighbors, maintenance personnel respectfully enters home when repairs may be needed , and office staff readily available for any services a resident may need or want. Thank you for all you do, it’s greatly appreciated!”

Glass House by Windsor – 2728 McKinnon Street, Dallas, TX 75201

Interesting Features: Infinity edge pool overlooking the city and an enclosed dog park

Resident Review: “We’re coming up on four years at The Glass House and still love it here. The staff is incredible. We’ve seen the same friendly faces at the front desk since we moved here from Austin. One of our concierge guys says the same thing every time he sees us walk in from the parking garage after a long weekend away, dragging our luggage behind. “Welcome home!” We love the pool, too. It’s such a lovely place to relax. And the maintenance staff is spectacular. We are looking to buy our next place to live, but we already dread leaving the first place in Dallas that we called “home.”

Resident Review: “I been living here for 10 years and I haven’t had any problems. This neighborhood is amazing and the people are caring. The manager is a great person, and listen to you when you have a problem in your apartment.”

Resident Review: “Summer Hill Apartments is a great place to live. The staff are helpful, kind and caring. If you have a package delivered you don’t have to worry about it getting stolen because the packages get delivered to the office. The community is clean and friendly. I would recommend Summer Hill Apartments to anyone. :)”

Everleigh Forestwood – 11881 Inwood Road, Dallas, TX 75244

Verified Resident Review: “I fell in love with Everleigh the first time I toured it. I am so happy that I moved here. The building and its surrounding grounds are top notch. It is peaceful and quiet here. There is an endless list of amenities that are provided to chose from, and the residents are so friendly. Management is top notch, as are the rest of the staff. I don’t know of any other place that comes close to even competing with Everleigh.I enjoy living at Crystal Falls Apartments! It’s very quiet for the most part, my neighbors are mindful of noise levels and very friendly. The complex is well kept and calmer than many of the apartments I looked at nearby before moving. Management is great and is always ready to help when needed. This is my first apartment and because I love it here so much, I continue to renew because it is so worth it!”

The location is great, right at the Victory Park. The apartments are decently priced and provide great value for money. The apartments and vicinity are hygienically maintained and the management holds regular resident events to keep the momentum high. It’s been a pleasure staying at the Vista.”
