The property Manager is a caring professional and has always made sure to take good care of all my needs as a resident. I’m happy I found this little Jewel in the heart of Buckhead!”

Interesting Feature: A great sense of community with a beautiful outdoor courtyard filled with lawn games and a relaxing pool perfect for cooling off with friends and neighbors during the summer in Hotlanta.

Resident Review: “I’ve lived here for about 9 months and my experience has been great! Management is super fast about getting issues fixed. My air was broken and it was fixed within a day. They are also great about keeping the property looking clean. I love it here!”

Interesting Feature: The best location! Near Peachtree Street, the Beltline, and Buckhead Entertainment District. There’s so much to do close by including shopping, exploring, golfing, checking out the art, nightlife, and much more! 

Verified Resident Review: “This is my second time living here at CoHo. I don’t recall the previous property management company, but I do recall not being as satisfied with my experience as I am now. The location is unbeatable, and I love the upgraded amenities and staff! The management team is very friendly, very helpful, and very communicative! The things I liked about the apartment immediately was the location of the apartment as well as the layout of the apartment. I have grown to love the community and I appreciate all the leasing office does to bring us together.”

Interesting Feature: They are pet friendly and offer a variety of pet amenities including a Bark Park, where dogs can run around unleashed in a large area, and a Paw Spa that includes a pet wash area and professional dryer to groom your pet.

It’s gorgeous, safe, convenient, well maintained, has superior amenities, organized, and renter friendly. They are a superior property and the only one we came across that does NOT require a security deposit. That is refreshing !!!! Thank you Trace Midtown”

Verified Resident Review: “Kennedy the leasing agent was responsive and professional. She made the process of applying, renting, and moving quite stress free. The apartment is quite spacious and has a lot of storage areas. The neighborhood is in the middle of a busy commercial/entertainment district but is designed to keep the noise out.”

Block Lofts – 747 Ralph McGill Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA 30312

Interesting Feature: A location that residents rave about. With 4 local coffee shops nearby, 5 lively hotspots and dive bars, and 6 grocery markets including Public and Whole Foods, this neighborhood can’t be beat! 

Resident Review: “Great location. Safe community. Right next door to the Beltline and Old Fourth Ward Park. The neighbors are super friendly as well and are always looking out for one another! All the units include a washer and dryer plus the pool and gym is top tier! Yessica is super nice and helpful as well whenever I need anything! Highly recommend asking for her as she provides the best service as a property manager!”

The Sutton – 2965 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, GA 30305

Interesting Feature: A stunning outdoor amenity deck that includes outdoor cabanas, fire pit, grilling stations, and a saltwater pool that looks over beautiful skyline views.

Verified Resident Review: “The Sutton has got to be the top luxury apartments/condominiums community in Buckhead. They were originally built to sell as condos and that’s what makes them not look like apartments. Where the Sutton is located is away from the rift raft you hear about in the Buckhead community. The new Buckhead police precinct is a block away. We have 24hr concierge waiting to let any visitors and delivery people in. They call you to approve of letting any guest up to your unit. All food and grocery deliveries are left at the front for you to pick up at your convenience. You don’t have to worry about anyone stealing your packages. The cleaning staff and maintenance team are the best I’ve seen since living in apartments the last 6 years. My unit allows me a view of housekeeping cleaning the pool and grill areas daily even if they weren’t used. During the heart of the pandemic I witnessed maintenance men going throughout the building with some kind of machine disinfecting the community areas and wiping handles and knobs. They continue to practice this daily. The community is very quiet and exclusive. We have some of Atlanta’s Finest living here but you would never know. You barely see anyone in the hallways or elevators. Everyone pretty much stays to themselves. I’ve only seen maybe 5-6 kids living here in the 2 years I’ve been here. The office staff and management are the best of the best and the most professional. My unit also allows me a clear view of midtown and the city of Atlanta. When I move it will only be to a newly built home, otherwise I’ll be here.”

Verified Resident Review: “Residences at Chastain has offered a safe, secure, quiet, and enjoyable environment for myself and my pets. This is a small community in comparison to neighboring apartment communities which creates a tight knit community. One unique element of the community is the diversity of the tenants ranging from retirees, singles, families, parents, and pet owners. The staff is always extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location has access to public transportation, nearby grocery stores, and the Blue Heron Nature Preserve. I have been a tenant here now for more than three years and have been happy to call The Residences home.”
