Interesting Features: A great location for adventure and learning! Plan a visit at the Briar Bush Nature Center or take a tour at the Glencairn Museum of Eastern and Western Religions – both a 15 minute drive away. 

Resident Review: “Very nice apartment as promised! We really like it. The location is convenient and that was important for us and our family! The apartments here are all so very nice, big, spacious, and so quiet due to the concrete ceilings and walls. The pool looks very nice and the landscaping very well kept up and I can tell that I will enjoy living here! So nice and professional and overall excellent!”

Park Place One Apartments – 1801 Winchester Ave # A1, Philadelphia, PA 19115

Interesting Features: With over 10 local eateries, you can enjoy endless options! Grab some friends and watch your favorite sports team at Miller’s Ale House or plan a date night at the delicious Macaroni’s Italian cuisine, both only 5 minutes away. 

Resident Review: “The management and staff really care about this place and their tenants. The grounds are beautiful. Roses, flowers and all kinds of greenery are everywhere and always well maintained. The apartments have more closets than I ever had. The home I owned had less storage space! Maintenance requires that the staff responds usually in less than a day! We enjoy the pool every summer. The deck is a lovely place to sit on a summer afternoon. I love the bridge which goes over the babbling brook. No other development around here comes close to Park Place. My husband and I are not going anywhere.”

Cedar Glen Apartments – 9140 Old Bustleton Ave – C111, Philadelphia, PA 19115

Interesting Features: An ideal location, within walking distance to community parks, shopping, entertainment, and dining. Choose from Walmart, ALDI, Bell’s Market, and Netcost Market for all your grocery needs! Cedar Glen residents also enjoy easy access to Route 1, the PA Turnpike, and I-95.

Verified Resident Review: “I have been very happy living here. It is quiet and the maintenance staff are very helpful and willing to help however they are able. The office staff is always friendly and gets to the problem needing solving and addresses it very quickly. Feel secure that if something big goes wrong it will be taken care of in a short amount of time.”

Benton Garden Apartments – 1800-1814 Benton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19152

Interesting Features: Calling all nature lovers! This community sits close by the Pennypack Creek, filled with parks and beautiful trails. Visit Krewstown and plan a fun family day at Champions Park Playground while making a stop at the Pennypack Environmental Center! 

Verified Resident Review: “Well, since I’ve been a part of this little, quiet community, I really haven’t had any complaints. Everyone is pretty much respectful and courteous towards me and their next door neighbors are very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are pretty much properly groomed and maintained regularly!”

Park Circle Apartments – 8221-8229 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19152

Interesting Features: An endless array of bars and pubs! Choose from Rhawn Pub Inc for a quick drink or make a stop at Paddy Whacks Irish Sports Pub. There’s over 10 local spots to choose from, all within a 10 minute drive. 

Verified Resident Review: “A fairly quiet community with nice neighbors. Having shopping centers around in walking distance is definitely a plus. There’s also a variety of bus routes that run past the apartment or close by that make getting around simple.”

Verified Resident Review: “The neighbors are extremely pleasant! The neighborhood is very clean and in an area that is convenient. There is an easy commute to and from grocery stores and to work. It’s also very close to the 95 Expressway.”

They are filled with lots of good local restaurants with live music and it is a good walking distance to the center city or the art museum. I think the charm of living in Fairmount is the huge trees and the classic Philly row houses that fill up the streets.”
