Hawthorne at the Greene – 13625 Haven Ridge Lane, Charlotte, NC 28215

Interesting Feature: Great location 25 miles away from the Bank of America Stadium – home of the Carolina Panthers, as well as being close to local eateries such as Jake’s Good Eats Southern Food and The Hill Bar & Grill where you can grab a drink while watching your favorite live sports events. 

Verified Resident Review: “Hawthorne at the Green is a very nice apartment complex to live in. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out in any way possible. The grounds are well kept. Mowing, shrub care, edging is done weekly. Maintenance issues are responded to and fixed on a very timely basis. I am glad we chose Hawthorne as our temporary home.”

Marlowe Place – 1226 Bexton Street, Charlotte, NC 28273

Interesting Feature: In the center of all that Charlotte next to the city’s LYNX Arrowood Station, with direct access to South End, Uptown, NoDa, and more. Enjoy local delicious summer treats such as James Beard Award Winning Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream. 

Verified Resident Review: “I just moved in this weekend and everything went very smoothly. Prior to moving in I was provided a checklist of items to complete and everyone in the office was super helpful with any questions that I had. When I came to grab my keys, I was provided a wonderful welcome booklet and resident manual which have provided a ton of useful information. So far everything has been great and I highly recommend the property.”

The Flats at Ballantyne – 9550 Community Commons Lane, Charlotte, NC 28277

Interesting Feature: The best location! 24 minutes from the Charlotte-Douglas Airport and local to many restaurants and bakeries like the Gallery at the Ballantyne Hotel and Amelie’s French Bakery and Cafe, where you can experience a variety of dining options. 

Verified Resident Review: “It is a small complex and that is part of the appeal. The staff are professional and welcoming. It feels safe and secure due to the indoor only access. There are a variety of families and people of all ages. The neighborhood is very quiet and tenants for the most part are respectful of ‘quiet times’; you may hear kids playing. The grounds are well kept, as well as the amenities being very clean. There isn’t a high turnover of tenants; most are long term – that should tell you something.This was the right decision.”

Crest Gateway Apartments – 1025 W 6th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202

Interesting Feature: Amenities on amenities! Utilize the Macbook Desktops offered in the Business Center for any work needs, enjoy a spacious pool deck and patio and outdoor fireplace, keep your cars clean at the car care and detailing center, take a break in the clubhouse with billiards room and other fun games – there are tons of great amenities!

Verified Resident Review: “Best community for the price. Layout is very spacious, no parking issues, attentive maintenance staff, very responsive office staff, all the amenities you can imagine. Not to mention a great location if you want to be out in the ‘suburbs’ away from the city. However, Uptown is only a 25 minute commute. I can also see Carowinds from my balcony (it’s an awesome, yet free fireworks show). Walking distance up Rivergate shopping center and about a 5 minute drive to The Outlets!”

Beverley – 11936 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277

Interesting Feature: At Beverley, you have the convenience and luxury of living within walking distance of unique dining at Toringdon Market and Toringdon Circle and the grocery store, Earth Fare. Beverley is located minutes from The Ballantyne Hotel providing residents with ample opportunities to experience their state-of-the-art golf course and award-winning spa.

Verified Resident Review: “I have lived at Beverley for about 8 months and I am thoroughly happy with the service of the employees. Everyone is extremely helpful when challenges have come up, they are available with suggestions, help, and possible solutions. I could not have found a better community to move into. The amenities of the complex are refreshing.”

The Julien Apartments – 2142 Commonwealth Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205

Verified Resident Review: “We very much love living here & would buy our apartment if we could. The neighborhood is Charlotte’s best in terms of the community & convenience. Our dentist, lawyer, vet, grocery store and favorite coffee shop are all within walking distance along with numerous restaurants and breweries. The building is quiet and the neighbors are lovely.”

The area is also really good as there are a lot of restaurants and a shopping center all within walking distance. Plenty of sidewalks too for 10-20 minute walks if you have a dog or just want to enjoy the weather.”
