Everything about this place was perfect: management, location, security, maintenance, valet trash, cleanliness, parking, storage, dog park, gym, and the events/food trucks. Felicia and Patty went above and beyond, making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed so I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived (military). Felicia is one of the kindest people I have ever met and I am in awe of her work ethic. Thank you so much for everything you do for the military community —from virtual tours to making yourself available after hours if needed. As long as this place has someone like Felicia and the current maintenance crew, I will 1000% recommend.”

Verified Resident Review: “Tradehouse apartments are very aesthetic and up kept daily. There’s tons of parking and we don’t have towing issues. There’s only 6 buildings so it’s very close knit and no trouble walking a super long distance to the office or to check your mail. Office staff are super friendly and always ready to help. Shout out to Tony for making a great first impression when I first toured the complex & always helping out when I needed anything!”

The few times that I had an issue with that washer machine and the AC the maintenance team worked on it very fast.”
