Maintenance is very nice and the service was done fast. Everything is nice except the laundry machine noise. Nice location cuz its close to amtrak station and bus stops nearby. The place has small dog parks too.

I have been living in this apartment for more than 4 years and am still happy with apartment without complaint except the yearly raise of the rent. Other than that, its location is good, got new EV charging stations, is safe and interior is clean and comfortable, and the leasing team is awesome. They planned plenty of events throughout the year for residents to attend.

Great experience! Got to tour multiple units, my questions were answered and then some, and the staff was knowledgable, professional, and so so nice. Everyone was super easy to talk to and it was so easy to picture living here.

The apartments are ideally located. You can walk to the commuter rail/train station. The parking fees were on the high side for me and we could only have one car per apartment. The dog park walls could be a bit higher/taller to prevent the dogs from getting out and the balls from getting away. However, if these things are not an issue for others, it is a lovely apartment building.

Great community to live in. Centrally located, great maintenance crew, quiet, orderly. Work orders are addressed promptly and the staff is professional and courteous. Buidling related issues are typically handled well also.

I love living at station row. Amazing staff, services, maintenance team and leasing office! Have always been happy here, extremely convenient in all aspects of living. Living in heart of downtown gives you easy access to restaurants, theatre, public transportation, shopping and more

The front desk staff were extremely helpful in answering questions about the building and the ommunity and were very responsive over email and phone call. The unit was clean upon move-in. The building offers great convenience to Providence sights as well as public transport.

Very good experience. Staffs are very courteous and always helpful. Maintenance requests are addressed very promptly.Apartment is clean.It is very close to all public transport systems, schools, businesses.

Station Row was clean, modern, and appeared to be well-maintained. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. The parking garage looks spacious as well with plenty of spots for each tenant. I appreciated the updated finishings in the units including the kitchens. Great natural light from the large windows with views of the State House are a plus.
