Trying to be less aggressive than the other reviews online. At first, I had my own share of water leak issues and was frustrated with the transition at first, but I've been in my new unit now for nine months and it's way better. They're cycling in some new pool furniture and the maintenance situation has improved. For me to stay on, cleaning needs to be significantly improved and it needs to be quieter. Can't beat the location.

This apartment is possibly the most quiet apartment I have ever lived in, it's well insulated and has a good design so that rarely are you able to hear the neighbors. It is also very spacious with high ceilings throughout.

not so great, had leaks and maintenance issues from day 1 . the community filed for eviction even after the rent was paid, and did not fix their mistake even after constant reminders. there is mold in the apartment.

Promises Unfulfilled. Apt is nice except for leaking window that is not fixed after six months. Stairways have not been cleaned. Grounds and buildings are showing age. Community events stopped after two months. Chronic problem with residents leaving trash bags outside of dumpster. The vibe is more like campus housing than adult residence,

Initially I loved the apartment and thought it was perfect for my boyfriend and I's first place. After going out of town for a week however we came home to a giant leak that destroyed our ceiling. After about a month and a half nothing has been fixed or replaced and management and staff have not communicated at all about a timeline for fixing the issues. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the treatment and handling of our situation with no discount on our lease for not being able to use our living room.

Maintenance doesn't fix anything, leasing office doesn't answer emails, no one cleans communal hallway. I'm scared to be in the parking lot at night. There's a leak in the ceiling creating a large amount of water in the hallway and my toilet barley flushes

Poorly managed. Grounds are dirty, needs professional landscaping. Mold is everywhere. Breezeways are filthy. Trash area is filthy. Takes maintenance forever to fix anything. Mail room is very unorganized.

The office workers are very kind and personable! They've made it very easy to contact them, I literally just text whenever I have a question and I get an answer back very quickly. The walking trails in the community and connected to it are nice and mostly shaded. I feel safe in the complex with all of the doors locked and require a keyfob to enter!
