We have loved our experience at Wharf 7. Everything from our apartment to the amenities to the location has been top notch. Very clean and pleasant community. Service requests are handled promptly. Highly recommend.

I love where I live because of the location and the amenities provided. Management works diligently to maintain grounds. I've lived here six years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. When I submit work orders for necessary repairs the maintenance team promptly responds. I'm very thankful.

Roaches
We've lived in multiple apartment complexes all over the US and this was by FAR our worst experience. After moving from a unit with extreme noise issues from the unit above, we moved into a unit absolutely INFESTED with roaches. Large roaches, baby roaches, roaches scattering in the hallways as you walk down them. Management was completely unhelpful and ineffective and not once did they come to the unit. They would send pest control on the scheduled day..we did our own spraying in between, but it persisted. Other units in the building complained of similar pest issues as well. Ultimately. we decided to break out lease and try to save our sanity. Had to get rid of our couch, rug, and some other items. Tramutizing experience and would never recommend anyone lease here. There are so many reasons, I just listed the 2 biggest ones here. We had such high hopes for living here and this place made our experience terrible.

Wharf7 is a great place to rent. It is in a great location on Daniel Island where you are close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but also on the Club side which is great for walks and runs. Amenities are great, and the sales office and maintenance staff are all very helpful and prompt.

It has slowly deteriorated. The interior of the unit is getting very dated. I don't know who thought up the light fixtures. The public amenities make it bareable. The mandatory fees are ridiculous? this includes trash (we we don't use) and the home security which I think was way better with a basic lock and key.

I love living here. The complex is within easy walking/biking distance of the Rec Center and Publix. I love the salt water pool and swim regularly. The staff are extremely helpful. I have a wonderful veg and fruit garden on my porch.

I absolutely love the community at the wharf 7. The thing that I love most about the wharf 7 is the monthly events that is hosted by social hub. Courtney is the absolute sweetest. I also love how dog friendly the apartments is

It started out great but since my initial move in 2020 I've slowly become very disappointed by the way the staff and Northland has managed this property. Uses predatory practices to squeeze more and more money out of you (making upgrades without telling residents it will increase rent, allocating bills in order to charge higher processing fees, advertising apartments for less without disclosing that you'll be locked into an internet plan and then continuing to raise the price on said plan). With rent going up everywhere and the company constantly raising rent every year there should be no reason to squeeze extra money from tenants or continue to force us to use their non-negotiable internet package that costs twice what a normal package costs.

I love where I live. I love the area and the apartment and all the amenities. However, property management is impossible to reach unless you go in the office physically. Maintenance has told me to order filters online because "they don't carry that filter." I don't own this apartment, I rent it.

I do not like the valet trash service which is mandatory. I do not use it and I do not like walking past trash cans every morning. The AT&T service hs been terrible and again there is no choice. Also I was told that this unit was quiet and backed up to a service road which is not true, it backs up to the ramp for 526 and the hwy which is constant loud noise.

Generally a nice community. Upkeep is pretty good and the maintenance staff usually very prompt. Common areas such as the gym are always clean and the pool area and grills are well. kept. Overall happy living here until we transition into a house.

I really enjoy this community and I recommend it to everyone. It's such an accessible area and truly is beautiful. I do wish they tell you the system on how to rent out one of their bikes and make it easy to find out in hours the office isn't open. I love the ammedities but wish the gym was open later at night so as someone who works night shift I can go at a time that's more flexible to my schedule.

Not the best experience
Wharf7 is in a beautiful location and easily accessible. Most tenants are wonderful and kind. We unfortunately had a horrible experience in that regard. The person who lived about of was extremely rude, loud and aggressive. Management did nothing after hundreds of complaints. If you break your lease due to this, there are large penalties/fees. Worth it for the peace of mind though. Being woken by banging until 3am daily is almost a thing of the past. Canāt wait to get out of here!!!!

For the most part, it has gone okay. The Building's Hallway Floor stays somewhat dirty - doesn't seem to get "good" sweeping or removal of skip marks, gum, etc. - which shows on the 'beige' hallways. Maintenance on Apt items is good on some items and remiss on others.

I love it here! The staff is always friendly and willing to help if there is an issue. I also love the events that the community has. The apartments are modern and kept up to date. I love the free use of the bicycles! Nothing negative to say!

I am happy with the community and amenities. My only complaint is that we get nickled and dined about everything, with rate increases and new things like SmartRent, with no warning. I never asked for SmartRent, yet it was added and now I have to pay $27 for it! That's a LOT of money Wharf 7 is making off all the u it's paying for it. It should have just been an added feature, without charging tenants. Also, I don't like that I'm forced to pay for ATT. I would opt for NO cable service if I could. I don't watch anything but Netflix. Oh, and while I'm at it, wayyy too many dogs here!

Overall, the complex is a decent place to live. The biggest issue has been the continuous car break-ins and lack of response from management. They maintain the appearance of the complex, but overlook safety issues as well as internal apartment maintenance. I've had issues with mosquitoes, wasps, and other small bugs since I moved in due to lack of pest control and general upkeep to the apartments. I wouldn't recommend paying the extreme rents prices for the quality (or lack thereof).

Well kept grounds, maintenance requests handled in a timely manner, 2 monthly activity gatherings, dog park on the grounds, garages for parking, special area for cooking out steaks, chicken & smores, etc.

An overall good experience. Some issues with packages, cars, bikes being stolen and a refusal of management to put up cameras. Entirely too much landscaping and constant leaf blower noise. Otherwise clean and good location. Maintenance crew is excellent.

Have lived in 2 apartments at W7. Up and down experience. Crime problem with many cars being broken into or stolen. Golf carts stolen. Bikes stolen. No real response from management. Inconsistent enforcement of dog policies. Thin walls. Rising rents. We will move at the end of lease.

My family endured a horrible experience at Wharf 7 apartments on Daniel Island, South Carolina. The staff is absolutely incompetent. There have been multiple break-ins with no security cameras put in place to help prevent going forward. I would highly NOT recommend this community.

I was one of the first residence to move in. My husband and I were in-between houses and he passed away. I have been here ever opened. God willing I will one day get to buy a home until then Wharf 7 is my home. The cabanas at the pool are extremely missed and yet they are still in your marketing. The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and well maintained with the previous owners. We had two cars stolen from Wharf 7 yet no security is provided to date.
