I am happy with the community and amenities. My only complaint is that we get nickled and dined about everything, with rate increases and new things like SmartRent, with no warning. I never asked for SmartRent, yet it was added and now I have to pay $27 for it! That's a LOT of money Wharf 7 is making off all the u it's paying for it. It should have just been an added feature, without charging tenants. Also, I don't like that I'm forced to pay for ATT. I would opt for NO cable service if I could. I don't watch anything but Netflix. Oh, and while I'm at it, wayyy too many dogs here!
