Select the move-in date and pay 1st month's rent. Additional Terms: 1) Any security deposit paid is automatically forfeited if the application is approved and the tenant decides not to take possession of the property.2) Each individual occupant over the age of 18 is required is complete and application3) When submitting this application, attach income verification in the form of recent paystubs, W2, or the like to confirm 3:1 income:rent ratio.4) Properties will be held for no more than 30 days from the date that the application is submitted. After 30 days, if the applicant has not signed the lease and taken legal possession, the applicant's deposit shall be forfeited, and the property will be put back on the market.5) Application fees are non-refundable.
