Bennet @ Bullstreet is a premium community. The quality of the apartments and common spaces reflect this. Our neighbors are friendly and kind. The staff is welcoming and happy to help. Our experience has been a very good one and we would recommend the community for those looking for a quite, professional higher end experience.

Living at The Bennett at BullStreet has been a wonderful experience. The management and maintenance teams are truly phenomenal. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to creating a positive living environment. Any request or concern is handled promptly and with care, which makes all the difference. The location is an added bonus. The energy surrounding BullStreet is exciting and I’m happy about everything happening with Gather COLA. It’s great to live in a community that’s growing and evolving, with dining, entertainment, and events right outside your door. The Bennett isn’t just an apartment campus, it’s a community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality living, great service, and an exciting area to call home.

Best Apartment Complex in all of Columbia. The staff is awesome and the ammenities are the best. This complex is in the heart of the Bull Street District which has so many great things do including dining, Segra Park, coffee shops, and many other activities for both adults and children. Additionally, a new Publix will be opening within the next 12-15 months that is less than a minute walk from the apartments.

I love living in here! Great amenities, great location to downtown. The apartment is new and very well maintained! Great location. Great gyms! There are 2 for different kind of exercises! And the pool is amazing!

people are friendly, the instructions and information are very helpful and clear, neighbors are polite and we help each others. The facility is excellent, I really enjoyed the swimming pool, although I probably should use it more often.

Worst place ever
Save yourself time and money. The management/ staff here doesn’t care about you personally at all, and only views you as dollar signs. Take my advice and choose somewhere different, it’s not worth the time or stress. And it especially isn’t worth the outrageous price they charge.

I have loved Bennet so far! The amenities are beautiful and well kept from the pool to dog park and courtyards and other common area spaces. Staff is super fit left and maintenance orders are responded to quickly.

My husband and I love living at Bennet! The building is gorgeous and has so many amenities! The staff is also lovely and has been so helpful with our move (we moved across the country). We really enjoy being so close to so many fun things and watching it get better everyday. We're so happy to be here and excited for what it's all going to become!

Great place to live. If you’re looking for luxury living with style and a lavish pool and rooftop to go with it. Bennet at Bullstreet is the place you want to be. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team are quick, responsive and get the job done same day. I couldn’t have asked for a better community to be in. Not to mention the community functions that are hosted by our very own office staff.

Bob B. Very enjoyable and when all the construction is done it should be excellent. i am in Building 1 Apt 335. The placement of the light switch for the bath in the second bedroom bath is weird in that it is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom which is inconvenient. Wish the balcony was 6 to 8 inches deeper.

Amenities and the decor of the apartment complex is amazing. I feel very secured with the garage parking and not worry about my car broken into. I don't use most of the amenities and would prefer a place where I don't have to pay for the pool etc. The place is very noisy because of the non stop construction activities around.

This is the best community I’ve ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and lease today for an stress-free living situation! Management and maintenance are very responsive and the neighbors are super friendly and we have a tight knit community here!

Unprofessional
Scheduled a tour. Arrived at location. ID was given and was told to wait and someone will be with me shortly. Then I was told I would have to reschedule because the person had to do something else. I traveled 45 min to location. Very disappointed.

I love living at the Bennet. It is clean, modern, has great residents and management. I feel safe and welcomed here. They have great opportunities to get involved in the community and to meet other residents.

Not really recommended! The multitude of problems in our first two weeks suggest little supervision, oversight and true interest in the satisfaction of the renter! The implied warranty of fitness in new apartment is far substandard!

Community is nice, people are friendly. All my needs are covered. Only one thing concerns me, and thats the gym cleanliness. Seems to me, that cleaning is not happening, and dirt and dust is all ovwr the floor.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, mostly importantly the management team. Amanda, Norman, and Gabby are incredible! They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to the highest quality standards. The interior of the buildings are impeccably maintained and well constructed. The location is close to shopping and transportation. Give Bennet at Bullstreet a look, you will love what you see in luxury apartment living!

During move in my apartment had soil and rocks on the floor. It wasn’t cleaned prior to move in. My washer and dryer wasn’t repaired for over two weeks till the decided to replace power panel. The building is never secured. The building has potential, but the value is not there at the moment.
