Complete the rental application ($75 non-refundable fee) for each adult occupant over the age of 18 (our third-party screener runs a criminal, credit, and renter history check). 2. Upload proof of income that shows you make 3x the amount of rent per month and a picture of a valid ID (can be combined with other applicants). 3. If you pass the application process, there is a security deposit of either 1- or 2-month rent. 4. After being approved, you have 24 hours to pay the security deposit to reserve the property. 5. Select the move-in date and pay 1st month's rent.Additional Terms:1) Any security deposit paid is automatically forfeited if the application is approved and the tenant decides not to take possession of the property.2) Each individual occupant over the age of 18 is required is complete and application3) When submitting this application, attach income verification in the form of recent paystubs, W2, or the like to confirm 3:1 income:rent ratio.4) Properties will be held for no more than 30 days from the date that the application is submitted. After 30 days, if the applicant ha not signed the lease and taken legal possession, the applicant's deposit shall be forfeited, and the property will be put back on the market.5) Application fees are non-refundable.
